I've been stuffing myself with nasi lemak ayam goreng berempah, paru goreng cili, soto and lotsa other fattening food for breakfast sejak kerja. Lepas itu keluar makan lagi, stuff myself with more food even if I'm not hungry, for some reason i just HAVE to eat!Food before movie,after movie, late night supper and munching snacks like nobody's business.
I stop going to the gym, paid monthly fees for nothing.The end result,massive wight gained!Rasanya inilah paling berat yang pernah capai and it makes me feel soooo uncomfortable with my own body.
So say no more to nasi lemak ayam goreng berempah mak cik cafe yang super duper sedap *crying out loud inside* and say hello to healthy breakfast!
